Stolarija-pilana Antun Pecenec is situated in the region of Podravina, near Ludbreg. The company was founded in 1979 by Antun Pecenec and his wife Marija. Soon after their son Božidar joined the company. They founded the company after they had returned from Austria where they had worked in Dedischeck wood industry in Graz for 11 years.Antun has inherited the family tradition of woodwork and carpentry from his father Valent who was also a carpenter, so we could say that the tradition of woodworking has been in the family for over 70 years.
At the beginning, our most important products were wood joinery, furniture, wall and floor panels and balcony fences. In 1994 we started producing solid glued panels which soon became our main product.
Today our premises cover over 100.000 m2 and we employ over a 150 employees.
Our leading products are solid glued panels (annual production around 5000 m3), but we also manufacture edged planks, profiled slats and briquettes.
